The Outbound Sales Senior Lead is responsible for driving intentional, relationship-led revenue growth through outbound sales, partnerships, and community presence. This role builds and manages a healthy outbound pipeline that converts into memberships, corporate ambassadors, privates, partnerships, power journeyers and other revenue opportunities.
This person is not just sending outreach, they are creating trust, building long-term relationships, and ensuring prospects, partners, and community members feel seen, remembered, and guided. They are accountable for measurable sales performance while protecting the quality of the experience and the integrity of the brand.
