Space for Transformation

Confronting yourself isn’t easy work. But it can lead to transformation. Mental, physical and spiritual obstacles abound. But we believe that learning how to regulate yourself – and your emotions – in a world that can’t be regulated can and should be a memorable voyage. Maybe even an adventure. And it’s one way you can serve the world. To discover infinite connection, we first must create a relationship with ourselves and others.

Apprenticeship. Mentorship. Leadership. Allyship. Partnership. Companionship. Worship. Relationship. What ship are you building?

Core Values

Our core values let us know what is working and what is not – but more than anything, they guide our own internal behaviour. They are the building blocks of our culture. We anchor ourselves in our values when things go wrong. Our goal is to ensure these values can be felt with each Othership touch. We make people and business decisions based on these values. How we do what we do is more important than what we do.

We’re here because we feel a connection to something beyond ourselves. It is an honour to create inspired experience for others. But make no mistake, this isn’t an awe-made-real by scented candles and chill music – our experience is rooted in knowledge, research and a meticulously curated experience that’s as safe as it is exhilarating.

</aside>

This work isn’t easy. It’s deeply rewarding – but easy... it is not. This requires commitment right down to the level of our cells. The intensity of the ice bath. The hammering heat of sauna. It all requires cellular commitment. So we don’t shy away from the hard work, but we maintain a spirit of generosity, patience and support knowing everyone will move at their own pace.

</aside>

The truth can’t be trite. We are all one. Whether we feel it, see it, or know it. We’re creating a movement toward oneness and a deeper connection to everything through our physical spaces and digital experience. And we think it’s ok to be selfish about wanting to wire a sense of oneness in yourself – especially if it opens a door to meaning and purpose. Are we talking about a divine principle or just an experience of deeper, lasting happiness? It doesn’t matter. Always (and all ways) toward one.
